My client Mr. Buyer just happened to find a house he liked in Essa, Barrie and he sent the Listing to me for my feedback. The house looked great so we decided to go to Essa the same evening to look at the property. Since it was quite a long way to Essa, I decided to look for similar properties in the Neighbourhood and found 2 other Houses that I thought Mr. Buyer would probably like.
