What’s Meant To Be Yours Will Be Yours!
My client Mr. Buyer just happened to find a house he liked in Essa, Barrie and he sent the Listing to me for my feedback. The house looked great so we decided to go to Essa the same evening to look at the property. Since it was quite a long way to Essa, I decided to look for similar properties in the Neighbourhood and found 2 other Houses that I thought Mr. Buyer would probably like. The house that Mr. Buyer chose to look at seemed a lot smaller in person. Mr. Buyer was not excited about the house. We moved on to look at the second house and as soon as we walked in, Mr. Buyer knew right away this is the ONE!. Mr. Buyer got excited. The house was perfect for his needs. Bonus, the house backed on to the Pond and private ravine. He had no doubt in his mind that this is the house he wanted to put an offer in. Mr. Seller walked into the house to give us the sad news - This house is almost sold and we have a few offers already and we are just 5 mins away from accepting an offer. Mr. Seller apparently did not sign any papers yet. So I called the Listing Agent if they could wait till we put our offer in. Luckily they waited for our offer and we got the HOUSE! Long story short - If you don't try, you will never know. I am so happy for Mr. Buyer and I wish him all the best. I am sure he will enjoy every moment in this beautiful house:-)
